Components
- Import Sites button - import ICPC Site and Contest information (imports: PC2_Site.tab and PC2_Contest.tab)
- Import Accounts button - import ICPC Account information (imports PC2_Team.tab)
- Change Display Format button - change the team display format (must use Import Accounts first)
- Import TSV - import teams.tsv and groups.tsv
