A runs tsv is a interchange file that describes each run from a contest.

File Format

The file is a TSV file. The first line is a list of heading titles for each column.

The remainder of the lines have 5 fields, which are:

A text file consisting of a version line and one line for each account in the contest. Each line has tab separated fields as defined below.

The first line has the following format
